At Greater West Design & Construction, we have delivered a wide range of residential building, renovation and heritage restoration projects across the Blue Mountains and Greater Western Sydney, including areas such as Winmalee, Glenbrook, Blaxland, Springwood and surrounding suburbs.

Our experienced team has been involved in the construction and renovation of architecturally designed homes, including a project in Glenbrook featured on Grand Designs Australia. We have also worked closely with leading heritage architects to restore a number of historic buildings throughout the region.

Notable projects include the restoration of the original Katoomba Station Goods Shed and the Tarana Train Station, located just outside Lithgow. These projects reflect our ability to combine modern construction methods with a strong understanding of heritage building requirements.

We specialise in home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and outdoor living spaces, delivering high-quality workmanship tailored to the Blue Mountains environment.

Our Director - Sean Bartlett

Sean leads our team as Owner and Director of Greater West Design & Construction, bringing years of experience in building and renovating residential homes and restoring heritage buildings. His expert knowledge in building in the Blue Mountains ensures every project is straightforward and stress-free, helping you bring your dream home to life with ease.

Lead Tradesman / Project Manager - Heath (Right Far)

Heath is our head tradesman and started with us in July 2022, with experience in residential and commercial building. Since joining us he has expanded his knowledge to now have many year’s of experience in not only residential and commercial but now heritage restoration projects. With a wealth of knowledge and experience Heath is on always on site ready to answer any questions you may have.

4th Year Apprentice Carpenter - Lukas (Left Far)

Lukas is our fourth year apprentice, starting his apprenticeship with us in 2022. Lukas’ eagerness to learn new skill’s and work on complex carpentry projects on heritage restoration projects has made him into a very skilful apprentice.

2nd Year Apprentice Carpenter - Ben (Left Center)

Ben is our second year apprentice, starting his apprenticeship with us in 2024. Ben’s willingness to learn and work hard on every project makes him a valuable member to the team.
