Eliminating the need for phone calls, text messages, back and forth trying to find a time that works for the client and builder. All you need to do is visit our contact us page and fill out the questionnaire. Select a time and date that works for you and we will see you on the day, on time.
Online customer Portal
At Greater West Design & Connections we value your time. We have made it easier than it has ever been before to stay up to date with how your project is going.
Each customer has access to our exclusive online portal. On this portal you can see daily updates with photos and description of works completed, job schedule, who and when people will be on site, job budget, invoices and much more.
Communication
Our team is dedicated to offering a premium service that you can trust and rely on. As part of this, there will be weekly onsite meetings with Sean and the project manager involved in the job. As well as this, we guarantee to reply to all emails and text messages within 24 hours of a working day.
Plans and Building Approval
We know how hard it can be to find an architect and builder to work together. At Greater West Design & Construction we can put you in touch with our preferred architect who will design your project and lodge for building approval. When using our preferred architect you will have full access to Sean our builder for the complete design process.
